Lenders
Sign up as an investor and gain access to private financing applications submitted by credible borrowers. Use various filters, such as market value, location, and total mortgage amount, to find opportunities for investment that best meet your lending criteria. Access crucial information, such as credit standing, appraisal reports, and estimated property values, to help finalize your decision on an offer. Once your offer is accepted, youre one step closer to becoming wealthier than before!

Borrowers and Brokers
Sign up and create an application providing detailed information about yourself and the subject property. Once you submit your application, lenders will have access to a directory of private financing applications submitted by potential borrowers, such as yourself, and will make an offer depending on their lending criteria. When you receive an offer and both parties agree on a price, then you can finalize the deal.


Lawyers
Sign up using your email, Google or Facebook account, or through an invitation from your client. The application information of lawyers will be confirmed by our specialists before lawyers can join the platform. Once an offer has been made, the client will contact you on the platform by sending a request from the web or mobile application. This secure link will provide lawyers with access to documents relating to the application. Once the deal is ready to become final, the lawyers will meet with their client to have the documents signed to close the deal. In the case that a borrower or broker do not have lawyers, we will assign one to them from our list of approved lawyers on the MNEY platform.
